[Feature Request] Extend Placement to Tabs other than Spellcasting

As far as I can tell, the "placement" function for the RollOption REs only works for actions and spellcasting. It would be nice if this could be extended to Crafting, Inventory, Skills..., realistically any tab would be nice. I've noticed that the higher in level my players get, the more cluttered their actions tab gets with toggleable RollOptions, and this is on their list of wants from the system (mine too).
