How can we reproduce this bug?
Add any [data-ogsc] styling to your _template.scss and it will be discarded on compile.
Write out the HTML (or Inky code) that causes the issue.
[data-ogsc] .link { color: #555 !important; }
What did you expect to happen?
To be able to use [data-ogsc] prefixed elements in CSS.
What happened instead?
[data-ogsc] prefixed elements are completely discarded.
Both {{{{raw}}}} {{{{/raw}}}} and pairs will fail and break the compilation completely, so that doesn't help in this case.
