Fixes issues with prettier and linting conflicts
Currently we have two commands lint and format.
Using lint currently warns on prettier errors, however the version is not necessarily matched to the prettier 'format' that we also use.
This PR removes the 'prettier' lint rule to correct overlap and prettier formatting mismatches.
