In base 3DMM, the Ctrl+Shift+I shortcut brings up the debug/about menu, which also allows you to set the program to run in fullscreen/windowed mode. This option doesn't work on Windows 10. The only workaround as of now is to use v3DMM's fullscreen option in the manager, but this requires quitting and relaunching the program every time.

Most of the time it doesn't enter fullscreen, it just stays windowed. If it does go fullscreen, you can't click on anything and you need to force quit the program.
