Create stock tool to learn neural network broker on historical data.

Learning condtions

AI broker has 1000$,
AI broker has wallet with currently bought stocks,
AI broker run across historical data. Each day it decides buy/sell/do nothing.
AI broker is evaluted at the end by amount of collected/lost money,
