What is the replacement for 'run' ?

I am trying to replace the below packer config with lazy. For setup option, I think the replacement is init, since the doc mentions -- function that runs on startup (please suggest me the correct one if I'm wrong).
However, I'm not sure what I should replace there for run ? Is it build ? From lazy docs I can't figure it out.
