TIS-3D Integration

Since OC1's Microcontrollers aren't making a comeback, I feel like the computers from TIS-3D fit that niche pretty well. It'd be pretty cool to see some integration between the two mods, so I've come up with a couple ideas:

1. A serial card. This would allow direct reading/writing to a serial module on a TIS-3D computer, enabling direct communication between the two.
2. An IR card. Same as above, but over IR instead of serial
3. An execution module writer. This would be a block peripheral that would allow a computer to load a text file of TIS-3D assembly onto an execution module in its inventory slot. This would allow people to automatically load up execution modules with code, and enable things like making a TIS-3D IDE for use on OC2 computers
