The Python constructor does not take a boosting map: https://github.com/fnp/pylucene/blob/master/java/org/apache/pylucene/queryParser/PythonMultiFieldQueryParser.java#L31

However, the Java class does: https://github.com/fnp/pylucene/blob/master/lucene-java-3.5.0/lucene/src/java/org/apache/lucene/queryParser/MultiFieldQueryParser.java#L69
