dist/viewer.min.js does not exists

When enter page http://localhost:8080/clients/recorder/ ,

it shows nothing. I checked the browser console, it shows some errors there.

I do run these commands with no errors:
npm install
npm run build
npm run serve

what happened and how do I fix it?

Seems like I didn't set up that client to work like the rest and instead left it behind in a broken state.
I am not sure why I left it like this, maybe it had issues 🤔
