corhttpd plugin not ready

I tried to add this plugin to my cordova project but it shows the following error,

Failed to fetch plugin https://github.com/floatinghotpot/cordova-httpd.git via registry.
Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect.
Check your connection and plugin name/version/URL.
