Make the mixin registration a UMD bundle, so it can be used anywhere. I am specifically interested here because I use browserify to bundle everything.

Hey @mikemliu — thanks for pointing this out. I'll should get to it in the next couple of weeks (currently on holiday) although pull requests are gladly accepted!
