[Bug]: Cannot sign in with Google account

What Happened

After installing Unity Hub in Pop_OS 22.04 LTS, I tried signing in using my Google account. The embedded-browser navigates successfully to the Google login page, but hitting the Next button does nothing.

Unity logs show the browser was blocked navigating to the google accounts url:

How to Reproduce

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Hit Sign In
3. In the Login window scroll down and select the Google icon to login using a Google account
4. After being navigated to the Google login page type your email/phone and select Next
5. Nothing happpens

I had a look at issue #70 , but doesn't seem related.

I have exactly the same issue, but I did not install it with flathub, I installed it with the unity provided instructions that add their repo and key.

I am using Kubuntu 23.10.

Pasting the link from the freshest log into a browser does open the google login page where I can press next, but then it shows an error 500 page and the unity hub does nothing.

Me too! I also added a bug report to Unity. Trying to login on my Steam Deck, everything was working before I updated to this version, since update I can no longer login on my Steam Deck to work on our project.
