Please consider adding a LICENSE.md or a LICENSE file to your repo to let people know how the code is licensed, or state in your README that it's proprietary.
Good choices are
AGPL (very copy-left, preferable)
Apache 2 (permissive, should allow for an open-core model)
Please consult your legal people for a good choice.
Expected behavior
A license file in the repo root
Observed behavior
A confusing non-standard license at vscode/LICENSE.
How are "Non-Commercial Use", "No Modification", and "No Redistribution" supposed to work for an open-source app?
Effects
This extension is supposed to replace the MIT-licensed "crates" extension.
But this license appears to be proprietary.
Please fix.
