This is an open source filecoin HD wallet. It is relatively complete now, and everyone is welcome to use it.

create a mnemonic

offline signature
signature verification
balance inquiry
transfer amount
send transactions

tool:

encode params
decode params

You don't need to run a daemon to use it, just have a node url. let me know if you like it (:
