Areas of Interest Extension Additions

Adds on to fgpv-vpgf/fgpv-vpgf#2787

Note: Can only be completed once all panels have been moved to the Panel API.

Additions to be Made:

• Side Menu Button that opens up an Areas of Interest Panel if areaOfInterest is defined in the config. Similar to this:
  

• Close button should be replaced by arrow:

• Closing animation where panel slides into the left side of the screen (like in old Side Menu / Basemaps panel)
• All areas of interest plugin samples in index-samples.html should be updated to use the extension once completed
