Save registration in the backend

Criteria of acceptance

  1. The email is unique
  2. Must notify to the user that data was successfully saved
  3. If error, application must notify user correctly.
  4. The application must inform the user that an operation is running. Example: with an spinner
  5. When the operation is running (loading == true) the submit button must be disabled
