Make sure to encrypt file on disk so that even administrators cannot access it

This is tricky, because it breaks a lot of virus scanning, intelligence, etc.

I'm wondering whether people will just need to trust the administrator (the administrator can alter the source code at will, which means they would trust the anyway).
