The current situation is that we manage an EBS volume for caddycerts, which has few files.

The gp EBS volume cannot be mounted to multiple EC2 instances, so that we cannot properly achieve HA.

failed to create driver: cannot create in-cluster config: unable to load in-cluster configuration, KUBERNETES_SERVICE_HOST and KUBERNETES_SERVICE_PORT must be defined
