Remove deprecated mediawiki.mixins.less calls for compatibility with MW 1.43 #752

There are calls to deprecated mixins, that will be removed in MW 1.43, for example
https://github.com/femiwiki/FemiwikiSkin/blob/main/resources/skins.femiwiki/interface-gnb.less#L127

Go for replacing them with normal CSS properties now.
