Target page namespace missing for some log operations

I've noticed that for the page restore log and page move log, the target titles in the Discord RC feed have missing namespaces. The links direct the user to non-existent pages in the main namespace.

Examples (unfortunately in Polish, sorry):

In both cases the Użytkownik (User in Polish) namespace prefix is missing.

In this case the former page title is correct, the new one is missing the namespace prefix.

Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce this. The attempts were done on:

• MediaWiki: 1.36.3 (e7d1e9f)
• PHP: 7.4.22 (fpm-fcgi)
• SQLite: 3.27.2
• DiscordRCFeed: 1.0.1 (6263811)

I am suspecting some extension has a conflict with DiscordRCFeed, but I am not sure.

I can confirm that the temporary fix does indeed work :)
