'add_interwiki_prefix' is:

true or false whether to add the interwiki prefix to the data ($wgLocalInterwikis). Only works for the IRCColourfulRCFeedFormatter formatted.

according to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgRCFeeds
