fedbadge should be resilient in case of incorrect yaml

So we had a incorrect yaml file being pushed to the repo, and fedbadge crash on startup on it. It should somehow be more resilient, like intercept the error, display and continue to load. See https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/740 for details.
