I've read your 2012 Methods Mol Biol. paper and am trying to follow your example. I've noticed that the multiple.trait argument is not used in, e.g. qb.sim.cross. It is handled by some of the code and so I've been able to make some adjustments in order to use this argument. Is this functionality available in any archived versions, or is it being eliminated for some reason? Thanks for the great library and any hints about using it for multiple traits.
