Request for split cols default label feature

Referring to the discussion in #120 .

I would like to request for an enhancement.
When using the split rows + split cols bucket, I would like an option to set default value for values that doesnt exist instead of having 0 assigned as the default value.

Nice enhancement.
The idea would be to add a “split cols default label” setting in visualization editor that lets you customize default label. Concretely, value will still be 0, but display will be customized label. It is important to keep a numeric value, especially when you have a total line.
