formatting problems in manual

some problem with the latexpdf formatting. For now solved scaling images (and in just a few cases adding | ). Why rst2pdf works pretty well with the formatting and latexpdf not? Isn't the same command?

Absolutely not, latex is far more sophisticated (and more picky). Please point out specific problems and we'll solve them.

Well, for the new images size I'd avoid the problem for now. But for example in https://github.com/faunalia/HealthQGIS/blob/master/Documentation/3_2_basic_around_map.rst#measure-length-and-areas I add a pipe below the first image, without it formatting doesn't fit well.
