First, thanks for this plugin. It's the simplest and most un-bloated that I've seen so far.
I'm seeing an issue when a table, who's width is set to a percentage of the page, is not resizing properly. The body seems to resize perfectly but the header stays fixed.
I've attached a zip file containing 3 images. The first shows the table's initial state. Everything is good.
The next shows the same table with the browser's width reduced. The table body resizes but the thead stays fixed. You'll see the same thing in the third when I stretch the browser window out.
I noticed in the issues list for this project that you have a commit that mentions fix for resizing.
Has that made it into the build yet?
