[REQUEST] - New Canvas Effects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Fluid Canvas had some effects like the canvas shake. I want to know if more effects like the ones in Fluid Canvas can be added.

Describe the solution you'd like
Effects List

• Rotate screen. It spin the canvas.
• Drug effect. The screen gets blur and Wobble.
• Night vision mode.
• heartbeat. Very cool effect to create tension
• negative. Very cool to use.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Fluid Canvas did that, but it's dead.

Additional context
This is nice to integrate with some spell or to use with Danger Zone module.
