Add splash page with icons for common uses... #1

It'd be cool if we could have a splash page consisting of large icons for the primary things we need it for. For example, icons for testimonials, safety waiver, calendar, etc. It should also default back to the splash page after some amount of inactivity or when the testimonial/waiver is done.
