Hi, thanks for this great work! I am trying to render GS from the model. However, I noticed sometimes the returned scale parameters for some of the gaussians are negative. Is that expected? I see some commented out code in GSHead that passes the regressed scale values through a sigmoid layer - should we do that? Thanks for any help!
