Thanks for the feature request @hughleat. Looks good to me. I wonder if its backwards compatible to LLVM 10 (readme says 12 only). Other than that, the only challenge should be jumping through the hoops to integrate their cmake into our bazel build. We could maybe ship a IR2Vec binary to make that easier.

Let me know if you'd like this prioritized.
