Helping musicians create 'videos' / 'visual content' for their tracks #8

Not exactly the strongest social problem ever! However, I think this could be a cool, fun project to work on.

The problem
For musicians it's not enough to just release audio tracks anymore. You often need to post on YouTube and other social platforms, which require you to release a video with your music.
This can be hard especially for up and coming musicians due to:

  • Lack of money
  • Lack of time
  • Lack of equipment / software

This means that musicians often simply put an image up which results in poor engagement.

Loosey-Goosey vague ideas
There are lots of platforms providing royalty free images, gifs and even videos. Plus I think people would be willing to provide content to support this type of thing. So finding a way to enable musicians to access these and pull together 'visualisations' for their tracks, using styles and types of content that suit their music, could be a really interesting (and much appreciated in the music world) challenge!
