I've been seeing this for some time on prod, works OK on stage.

The issue behind this is that the resulting query to RDS is huge (we have thousands packages) and HTTP timeouts before RDS responds with results. Try with smaller from/to values.

There is something broken if RDS cannot handle queries on thousands of packages... we need to investigate.
