Edit lab: conditional dropdown while adding machines

People tend to add machine in this space:

We need to figure out a way in which under this section, that is in add a new lab:

To have conditional dropdown boxed based on what they choose where they can select brand and model of their machine, that is pulled from the machine section in FabLabs.io

Not sure if I understand correctly, but we now have the Machine list

Idea:
If a Machine is NOT available on that list, could we use the Tools list as a suggestion box for us, so we could then add the missing Machines to our list?

(Because users cannot create their own machines, only select available ones)
