Use no_proxy Environment variable or make a no proxy setting

Hi! Thanks for your awesome work!
Is it possible to have "no_proxy" setting? If i set the proxy for the telegram bot via octoprint settings the bot is working but it can't send pictures. I'm guessing it is because there is no proxy exception for localhost and thus it can't fetch the camera image...
