Not able to access Techstack

I tried to install node
1.sudo npm install -g techstack-cli - it successfully installed
2. source ~/.bashrc - it normally installed and executed exit
3. techstack 'https://www.netflix.com'
techstack: command not found

While running 3rd command it doesn;t work.
provide solution for this.
