Background

  • We are building exasol-script-api jar during the build of the UDFClient
  • It contains the Java API of the UDF
  • A old version is available under Maven
  • At the moment, we don't build a maven package

Acceptance Criteria

  • Build a maven package for the jar (we probably need to generate a pom for it)
  • Add CI Workflow to release the maven package

the jar build by the following rule should be wrapped into a maven package and published to maven central

We followed now a different approach and extracted the interface to following repo https://github.com/exasol/udf-api-java with
exasol/udf-api-java#1. For that reason, we close this issue and continue the reintegration in #729.
