Not sure what form this will take, but each type of science problem may have a different class of error handling behavior.

Maybe we can ...

Have the Recipes have a "handle failure"
Or it be in the simulation tool
A configuration option in the run specification
...?

We should look into we can call Atomate without the Fireworks infrastructure?
