Apps link reloads landing page after login in QA #28

Go to https://i2b2eurkqa1.cc.emory.edu
Click on the 'Login' link and enter username password
Landing page opens with following links on the navbar: Account Settings, Apps, Help,
Clicking on 'Apps' link just reloads the landing page
