Unable to deploy contracts

After writing a contract, it will not send. Hitting send transaction does nothing. I also suspect the gas estimation is low based on other wallets, But i do not think this is the cause of the issue

Don't know about windows, but I've just created a contract on MacOS against Testnet.
Can you double check the issue? Maybe you can enable dev console and see if any errors are here?
