Loader Misalignment and Improper Rotation in Git Push Feature

Describe the bug
While attempting to push code to GitHub from the Remix Ethereum IDE as demonstrated in the image attached, the loader animation exhibits the following issues:
The loader's rotation is not centered around its axis, causing an unusual and erratic motion compared to the smooth rotation seen in the video.
The loader's placement is misaligned, deviating from the expected position shown in the video. This results in an inconsistent UI experience with the loader appearing misplaced in relation to other loaders.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'git section in left menu bar of IDE'
2. Click on 'COMMANDS'
3. Click on 'PUSH'
4. See error

Expected behavior
The loader should rotate smoothly and symmetrically around its central axis, ensuring a visually consistent and professional animation.
