someone can send from my wallet

my wallet coin has gone,
someone stoled my eth coin, i have not open my wallet for months (about 4 months)
then i check it today, my coin only left 1.6.
33.19 has been send to 0x723604ff53b17450ab5a5d3f9ed89c21707d6043 and 1.4 to 0x0c41a39bb582dc2562840ce3bdc0ab79e4debf6f

my wallet 0x9B6e01ff67C21c8c67DB059cd9BE7B32f98961ef, only use for mining account.
i never send or copy my wallet info.

anyone know why this happen? can i get my money back?

I am also missing 10 dollars worth of eth and it shows up on ethscan.io but i am unable to use or locate wallet to withdraw

If the coins were sent, the coins are gone.
As for how someone got into the account, make sure your computer (and the account) have not been compromised.
