Like many other early supporters of the ETH project, I was not prepared for the deprecation of Ethereum Wallet as I was running my small business.
Now I have a key that I can only access via Ethereum Wallet. I don't have a password for the key so that I can move it to another wallet, as I was a very early adopter of Ethereum (day 1, also supported the initial DOA and was very sad that that experiment was undermined) and thought at the time that the password to the Wallet was the same thing :/.
I understand that people here have probably moved on in their lives to more exciting stuff, but many of us users have been left in the lurch, so I'm hoping we can appeal to your sense of compassion and fairness to help us empty our wallets and move on?
All we need is a window in which we can re-connect our Ethereum Wallet back to the protocol so we can move our Ether to an active app or account? I am even happy to offer some ETH as a reward if that is any help?
