Transitioning to monitorism for an OP chain with fault proofs

Circle’s less concerning about bridging to Ethereum. Because the bridged/wrapped USDC is not Circle’s asset.
Is that the reason why it’s not impacting Circle? (namely, Circle don’t need to care about fault proofs)
