OP-Geth Security Update: Addressed a vulnerability in op-geth where RPC users could send a malformed eth_call that would crash the node. Updating is crucial for all RPC providers.

OP-Batcher Performance Enhancement: op-batcher now handles span batches with a large number of L2 blocks more efficiently.

Additional Improvements: Includes various fixes and enhancements across all components, ensuring more robust and reliable operations.
