Issue Description

I'm researching about batch submission.
But, I have some questions.

To my knowledge batches must be submitted periodically.
optimism mainnet soft launching in 2021. 1. 16 according to Medium, L2beat

At Optimism explorer, the First block was made in 2021. 11. 11 and the first batches submitted in 2021. 11. 11.

Soft launch period not made blocks and not submitted batches?

Thanks for your reply. But this data is only L2 transaction data.
I want to review batches of submitted data before 2021. 11. 11.
It also needs L1 data. Is there any way to do it?
