Include chatbot:

UI:

Set up a button to open the chatbot
The users may interact and ask, answer questions

Administration:

Create a administration page to set up a set of predefined questions / answers
Set triggers to open the chatbot to the user:
- Example: The user adds a product to the shopping cart, the user has been in the page for 1 minute

Create hooks to include external APIs
