It seems that it is working normaly on my macOS 10.14.6.
I have permitted this app to Finder access on automation of Security and Privacy preference pane.

Installing fresh on 10.14.6, OpenTerminal does not show up in the automation section of the Privacy preference pane.

In fresh macOS 12.4, I encountered that this application cannot be launched too.
I was able to fix the problem, then I have updated the application as version 1.2.2.

If you like, please try the new version.

in macOS 12.6 , i encountered the same issue.

OpenTerminal does not show up in the automation section of the Privacy preference pane.
