Loaded this build, didnt have too much time to tinker, but did try performing an additional factory reset just to make sure. It comes up, WAN IP is blank, its unable to obtain it. Renew DHCP on WAN side does not help.
Reverted back to Stable (official) 1.12.0, no issue.

Can you please share the contents of your network config (/etc/config/network) on both 1.12.0 and the 1.12.x that was not working?
It is also worth checking if your WAN MAC address changes between these two versions, and perhaps your upstream router/modem is looking for a specific MAC.
Thanks.
@lantis1008 sorry, the router is off site and Im not sure when Ill be able to take a look again. I tried upgrading the firmware to hope resolve an ongoing issue where wifi will kick devices off after about 2 weeks and "wifi down && wifi up" is required to be run as cronjob to fix it. Issue existed in 1.11.xx and 1.12.xx was going to see if 1.13.xx fixes it. But as I mentioned WAN is broken. So I cant do this load/test/debug remotely, I have to be on site.
