Minor issue found: Our applications (MyConnect, Biospecimen, SMDB) have delayed app version loading, after app version is updated in service worker. To display latest release version in webpage, users may need to manually refresh pages once or multiple times.

To Do: Automatically load latest app version info (without needing manual refreshes).
