Language Indicator in Birthday Card Mailfiles

Hi @jacobmpeters, NORC is requesting that the preferred language variable (RcrtCS_PrefLang_v1r0 , Concept ID 255077064) be added to the birthday card files that they receive https://nih.app.box.com/folder/282038955667. They would like to have this language variable added into the file by December 22nd, as that will be the first batch of 2025 cards.

@mnataraj92 This is configured for the December 22 delivery. It will appear as preferred_language in the CSV and will have either English or Spanish as values.
